Welcome to Inkwell Creative. It's great to meet you, and thank you for dropping by!

My name is Jenny, and I enjoy putting words together that enable people clearly communicate their passions, visions, and brands in ways that connects them with their community.

Your business will flourish when your clients relate to your story, and see how you are able to help them with theirs. This is why your words matter, and why I am here.

Inkwell Creation's Story

I created Inkwell Creations to be the place where you can drop your shoulders and know that your creative content is in safe hands. I collaborate with you through the simple steps of:

  • Gathering your ideas

  • Formulating your theme

  • Developing your story

  • Creating your content

  • Delivering your work.

Inkwell Creations is ‘AI free’, which is a conscious choice. Your business is based on the personal connections you enjoy with your customers, and they know your voice. Your content needs to reflect your business, and this cannot be replicated through a bot.

The thrill that I get from seeing a new website launch for one of my clients, with words that we have chosen like a good vintage wine, never gets old. Seeing Instagram Carousels jump animatedly with in-house puns that pull people in still makes me giggle. Knowing that newsletters and blogs are written three weeks ahead of schedule (so no one is stressed), brings a sense of calm that cannot be quenched.

My Portfolio

Inkwell Creative organically grew from a side project that I had started in 2023. The Knitted Wardrobe originated as an Instagram account where I shared my joy of textiles, coffee and books, as well as my cat, Mr Finchley. After 25 years in the Physical Rehabilitation profession, both practicing in my studio with clients, and consistently writing in the health and wellbeing space, The Knitted Wardrobe became a space to relax and enjoy the creative part of my life.

Designers, makers and independent businesses started to approach me to ask if I would also write for them. They all had the same problem; they hated writing. What they wanted was to run their business and get on with what they were passionate about, rather than worry about sentence structure. Helping people free up their time by taking what they see as a burden, and what I see as a great joy, was a natural step, and so Inkwell Creations came into being.

I look forward to getting to know you and your business to see how we can work together to enable you to grow beyond the squirmingly embarrassing, salesy newsletters that makes you wince.

With joy in the telling,

Jenny Walker
